Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

2. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, please note that our standard processing and delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Dispatch and delivery may not occur on weekends or bank holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and dimensions and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders with a total value of £75 or more.

4. Courier Partners

We primarily ship via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. However, we reserve the right to use alternative reputable couriers to ensure the most efficient delivery of your goods.

5. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. * The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.

  • Once a parcel has left our premises, we are unable to amend the delivery address or redirect the package.

  • If a parcel is lost or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot be held liable and may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

6. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us. However, we must adhere to the specific "missing parcel" policies set by our couriers:

  • We are required to wait for the allocated investigation time provided by the courier before a parcel can be officially declared lost.

  • We cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until this mandatory period has elapsed and we have initiated a claim against the courier for the loss of goods.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage so we can process a claim with the courier.
