Order Support

Where is my order? Please remember that our standard processing time is 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Missing Parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Per our courier agreements, we must wait for the allocated investigation window to pass before we can declare a parcel lost and issue a replacement or refund.

Address Changes: If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect it.
